A campaign reflecting the image of Sherbrooke's students
#SherbyJob : your student employment with the City of Sherbrooke
It’s through young and dynamic visuals that we can quickly capture the attention of the target audience. From the unique and catchy name of the “SherbyJob” campaign to the summer-coloured posters, the theme of work-play-team balance shines through, thus helping to counter certain stereotypes and change young people’s perception of a very accessible employer.
To enhance the scope of the campaign, our creative studio shot 7 video clips in which students explain their experience with the City of Sherbrooke. The videos, advertisements and promotional tools feature bright and refreshing colors, reflecting the youthful and attractive nature of student employment.
Upstream, a brand new website was developed to showcase job openings and gather information in a clear and concise manner.
