Alexandre Roy, Director of strategic development
Who is Alexandre
Alexandre: I’m a humanities guy and I’m currently studying administration at Laval University. I’ve worked in the banking and technology fields for the past few years, and now I’m well settled at Cible and I’ve found THE string to my bow.
As they say: I found where I belong!
Your daily motto:
I would say to always aim for higher and further.
I strive to be the best I can be, but I also aspire to be a better version of myself. In my role at Cible, I want to help clients not only reach their goals, but also exceed them.
This is going to sound a little cheesy, but I would say my grandmother.
She is a lady who gave her life accompanying and keeping in her home children with Down’s syndrome and cerebral palsy, and this all her life. It’ s a little bit what I try to do in accompanying the organizations, to give myself body and soul, and above all, to develop a long term relationship.
What social cause are you defending?
It’s not a specific social cause, but human values of equality and equity.
In fact, equality in access to education.
I believe that education can change many things in people’s lives. For example, La Maison du Père, a client of Donna and Cible, is a good example. It offers social reintegration of prisoners through education and the development of human potential.
What do you like most about Cible?
Here, there is no competition between colleagues. On the contrary, they want to help you and accompany you to surpass yourself. Cible has a company culture of mutual support and generosity, and that fits so well with my values.
I would also say working with Bryan (Chief Technology Officer). His poise, his keen knowledge, but also his good-natured humor convinced me to join the Cible family. I don’t regret my choice!
