Ambitious, a leader, a business woman, a woman at heart, Nathalie is always looking to exceed limits. She has a gift for communication and human relationships. She founded CIBLE in 2001 with the desire to offer services that responded to the specific requirements of clients from all fields and that maximised their strategic positioning. Nathalie has over 30 years of experience in communication, marketing and information technology. She is also involved in different causes close to her heart. In her free time, and when the weather allows for it, Nathalie likes sailing or exploring the bottom of the sea.

Bubbly, creative and quick-witted, Marie is fond of art, information technology and, most of all, design in all its forms! For her, a unique and strategic corporate image creates a real competitive edge; it allows one to position and distinguish oneself with high credibility. In addition to her studies in graphic design and business administration, she has over fifteen years of experience in communication and has realised multiple large-scale international projects. Passionate about travelling and discovery, Marie has an undeniable talent for mobilising teams, client relations, creative direction and business development. With over twenty years of experience in IT, Bryan is a director who dives into action at high speed, bringing a ton of ideas for improvement and efficiency with him! Recognized for his transparency and his human approach, Bryan is the opposite of the director comforting himself in process and known technologies. To the contrary, his motto is “the only constant in life is change”. Bryan is always looking for the newest and most innovating ideas to optimize results! An enthusiast of biking, snowboarding, camping and festive dining, this passionate and multidisciplinary man has an inclination for “real, savoury and authentic” experiences. One meeting with Bryan will convince you that technology is at your service and that with adequate support it will become your best ally!

Carole-Anne is a young woman who stands out through her listening skills, her proactivity and her eye for detail. She’s the proud mother of two kids and she’s been a doula for the last two years. She is fond of moments and activities spent with family and friends. Carole-Anne is in a position to offer you advice adapted to your reality and in line with your precise needs. With numerous years of experience in strategic counselling and business development, Hatim is an eternally positive person focused on client satisfaction. He likes to observe, dissect, and understand situations from all angles, in order to realign them strategically to increase efficiency. Equipped with a large range of expertise, Hatim is a passionate traveller who loves to immerse himself in authentic experiences! For Hatim, no situation is a dead-end. His motto is: “the information to resolve issues is somewhere; the next step is to find it!” Whatever the magnitude of the project, Hatim will propose a tailored solution, entirely thought up and created for you!

Martin is devoted and passionate about his work in the field of philanthropy. He leverages his management qualities and his 15 years of experience to promote various causes such as Foundation Jovia, for which he’s been the general manager since 2015. In his spare time, he’s interested in reading books about travelling, another one of his passions. Martin has a business sense and wants to share his expertise to allow entrepreneurs and philanthropists to reach and exceed their goals.

Always optimistic and smiling, Amélie will welcome you with warmth and vitality upon your arrival at CIBLE. Her experience in promotional events and her stage management background, have allowed her to develop plenty of discipline and efficiency in very creative environments. For this fan of long walks, board games of all types, a dream evening is spent in comfortable clothing, with a nice cup of tea and a TV show (as long as the remote is close by)! Always ready to help and get involved, Amélie will respond to your needs and guide you to the next step in your adventure at our agency.

Tania is a young woman with a very developed and creative mind. The team appreciates her good spirit, her sweetness and her simplicity. Not only is she a known geek who is passionate about making costumes, Tania’s curiosity helped her discover the violin, an instrument she’s been playing for some years now. Her creativity and her passion for her work is reflected in her achievements. You can count on Tania for original, clean and distinctive designs.

Annick is the Zen spirit of the team. With her calmness, her good spirit and her friendliness, she’s a pleasure to work with. Annick appreciates the simple pleasures of life, such as gastronomy. She is, in fact, an exceptional cook! Annick pays attention to the specific needs of customers, in addition to their overall satisfaction. Her professionalism, her perseverance and her innovative ideas make her a devoted project manager. Privileged are the ones who are assisted by this friendly young woman!

Although her great passion for mystery, esoterica and the unexplained sometimes takes her head into the clouds, Sara knows how to keep both feet on the ground when it's time to go into action! Organized, creative and endowed with endless positivism, Sara has a sixth sense to sniff out the right opportunities and stay focused on various projects. Her great listening skills, her remarkable professionalism and her way of injecting energy in the team make her a great colleague and project manager to work with! With her mantra "No matter how big the problem, there are always at least ten solutions, and at least ten ways to justify our proposals! ", Sara will guide you through your most ambitious projects!

Multidisciplinary, committed and passionate, Amélie has over 10 years of marketing communication experience in a variety of cultural, community and philanthropic fields. Artist, she also pursues a career in music and improvisational theatre. As an actress and instructor, she can be found in Quebec and in many other places around the world, evolving in the National League of Improvisation (LNI). Her mandate as a Strategist at CIBLE allows her to contribute her expertise in marketing strategy and concept ideation to companies, foundations and NPOs, in a perpetual quest for collaboration, adrenalin and creativity.

Areas of activity: Administrative support, project coordinator, proposals, budget evaluations, team support, “the efficient perfectionist”.

Justine sets herself apart through her priority management. She is very efficient, organized and resourceful, allowing her to find solutions to everything and to leave nothing to chance. In her spare time, Justine likes to walk in nature, swim and work on creative projects such as knitting, pastel drawing, painting and volunteering. She will guide you to the right, most qualified resource and has the heart to do things right (she’s part of the perfectionist club!).

Areas of activity: functional assessment, technical analysis, needs mapping, process definition, design and modelling of functional architecture, UX/UI, the “good guy” we can always count on!

Versatile and charismatic, Sacha’s first mission is to develop solutions that meet the client’s requirements. Not only is he our internal analyst expert, he also oversees technical directions to propose appropriate solutions. Actually, he is a developer of functional applications! This enthusiast of small renovation projects and cooking is also outstanding at translating technical concepts into understandable language for developers and clients. His authenticity, his transparency, his enthusiasm and his sense of humour, make him a pleasant colleague and partner who will put you immediately at ease!

Areas of activity: bookkeeping, month-end accounting, numbers, technical support, administrative support, numbers, invoicing, preparing coffee, more numbers, “the Dolphin”.

Pier-Olivier is a multi-talented young man who is not scared by the expression “other related tasks”.. He is always ready to help his colleagues and he is well appreciated by clients for his patience and his cordiality. Pier-Olivier loves to move, either on the snowy slopes or by exploring the deep seas. Nevertheless, he’s pleased to take a break from time to time to read a psychology book with a tea cup (preferably purple) in hand. You can count on Pier-Olivier to find the answers to your administrative questions and to get efficient support, every time.

Areas of activity: web and intranet applications, programming on various platforms, the “sports fan of fans”.

Francis stands out through his authenticity, his uncommon sense of humour, his energy and perseverance. Francis is very fond of sports, but particularly, football and hockey. He follows his favorite teams’ every game closely, and is proud to wear their colours. His work experience is diverse and includes application development in Japan, which has contributed to his great web tool skills and his excellent ability to resolve issues.

Areas of activity: converting graphic models into code, respecting web standards, evaluation and implementation of best web practices, ergonomics, “the super invisible man, half graphic designer, half programmer”.

Martin has a well-developed talent for the web. He knows its every detail and knows how to transform letters and numbers into surprising web designs (and vice-versa)! Although he is discreet and his position is misunderstood by clients, his work makes all the difference for a modern, intuitive, aesthetically perfect website. Outside of work, our integrator enjoys manual work such as carpentry … and video games! Martin is very meticulous and committed to delivering high quality results.

Areas of activity: analyses and technology tests, compliance to web standards and customer needs, training for administrators, technical support, “eye of the bobcat”.

Pascal sees everything! He scrutinizes every website before its launch to make sure every element is functioning as it should. He knows the user and administrator interfaces equally well, allowing him to promptly proceed with adjustments that meet client requests. Pascal has an attentive ear and makes sure he always offers efficient support. His interest for the web aside, he is passionate about architecture and renovation, manual work is his strength and he’s fascinated by tiny houses!

Called “Big” by her male colleagues and the only woman on her team, Nancy knows how to take her place and bring a feminine touch to the atmosphere! Animated by various passions such as karaoke, TV shows, outdoor activities and renovation, nothing surpasses Nancy’s interest for good food, fast-food and gastronomy! When we are talking about a meal, no matter the time and no matter what’s on the menu, Nancy will answer “present”! Efficient, fast, direct and attentive, Nancy has good professional skills in the fields of administration, computing and industry,,which make her a versatile, proactive and essential asset who ensures smooth functioning and client satisfaction!

Johannie is a bubbly, young woman with various talents. She completed a bachelor’s degree in graphic design at Laval university’s school of design. She is meticulous and creative, making her a disciplined graphic designer. In her spare time, she likes hanging out with her cute pug, Walter, and she’s interested in various activities from via ferrata to karaoke, cooking, hiking and camping. She also adores tea! Johannie will surprise you with her original and reflective designs.

The CIBLE challenge was quite an ordeal for the Ciblés! We ran a relay run of 410 km, over 3 days of the event, to raise funds for the HOME project. A highly emotional event!
